Refund Policy
Effective: September 2026
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how to ask for a refund on a Vistiqo subscription, what we can usually help with, and how cancelling differs from being refunded.
1. Before you subscribe
Every account gets a one-time 14-day trial covering 1 website, with no card required. We would genuinely rather you used it first and confirmed Vistiqo does what you need before paying for anything. Install the script, watch real traffic arrive, and subscribe only when the product has proven useful to you.
2. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
These are two different things, and it is worth being precise about them.
Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. Your paid plan keeps working until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and analytics collection then pauses until you subscribe again. Cancelling does not, by itself, return money for the current period.
A refund returns money already charged. It has to be requested and agreed separately - see below.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@vistiqo.online from the address on your Vistiqo account and tell us:
- which plan you are on;
- roughly when the charge was made;
- what went wrong, or why you are asking.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Vistiqo is run by a small independent business, so replies come from a person rather than a ticket queue. Send refund requests to us rather than to Creem - we will handle the process with them.
4. What we will usually refund
We do not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee, because we would rather commit to something we will actually honour. In practice we will normally refund where:
- you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
- you were charged again on renewal and had genuinely intended to cancel - tell us promptly after the charge;
- a fault on our side meant the service did not usefully work for you during the period you paid for, and we could not fix it;
- the charge was not authorised by you.
Requests outside those situations are considered individually. Things that weigh against a refund include a billing period that has been substantially used, and a request made long after the charge. We will not pretend a decision is automatic in either direction - we will look at it and explain the outcome.
5. How approved refunds are paid
Payments for Vistiqo are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Vistiqo does not hold your card details and cannot move money directly, so an approved refund is issued through Creem back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on Creem and on your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.
Where a refund covers the current period, the paid plan ends and analytics collection pauses. Existing websites are not deleted - they become inactive and stop collecting new data, as described in the Terms of Service. The analytics already collected are preserved for 30 days so that subscribing again restores them; after that, an unsubscribed account retains only the most recent 30 days. A refunded trial is not reissued.
6. Your statutory rights
Consumer-protection law in your country may give you rights that this policy cannot reduce - in some places, for example, a right to withdraw from a distance contract within a set period. Nothing here removes those rights. Because Creem is the merchant of record for the transaction, its Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase itself.
This policy is written conservatively and deliberately does not state which country's consumer law governs your purchase, because that depends on operating-entity details this site does not publish. If that matters to your decision, ask us before subscribing. We would rather answer the question than print a clause we cannot stand behind.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first - it is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we would rather fix a mistake than dispute one. We may suspend an account while a chargeback is being resolved.
