1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Vistiqo is a website analytics service operated at vistiqo.online. These Terms form an agreement between Vistiqo and you - the person or organisation using the service. If you use Vistiqo on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Vistiqo is operated by an independent software business. Full legal entity and registered-address details are not published on this site; if you need them for contractual or compliance purposes, request them at support@vistiqo.online.

2. Definitions

"Vistiqo", "we", "us" - the Vistiqo service and its operator. "You", "Customer" - the account holder. "Tracked Website" - a website you add to Vistiqo and on which you install the tracking script. "Visitor" - a person who browses a Tracked Website. "Analytics Data" - the information Vistiqo collects about Visitors on your Tracked Websites. "Account Data" - the information relating to your own Vistiqo account and subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Vistiqo, and you must have the right to install the tracking script on every website you add. Vistiqo is a business tool and is not directed at children.

4. Accounts and Google sign-in

Vistiqo accounts are created and accessed exclusively through Google sign-in. There is no Vistiqo password to set or remember - we never receive or store one. When you sign in, Google provides us with your email address, your name and profile picture where available, and a stable account identifier. We use those to create and identify your account.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account you sign in with, and for activity that happens under your Vistiqo account. Tell us promptly at support@vistiqo.online if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Because sign-in depends on Google, losing access to your Google account may mean losing access to Vistiqo.

5. What the service does

Vistiqo gives you a JavaScript tracking script to install on your own websites, and a dashboard that summarises the resulting traffic. The dashboard reports visitors, sessions and page views; traffic channels, referrers and UTM campaigns; country, region and city; browser, operating system and device type; top, entry and exit pages; hostnames; visitor journeys and popular paths; outbound link clicks; and a real-time view of activity in the last few minutes. You can also publish a read-only public dashboard for any website you own.

Analytics only appear once you have installed the tracking script on a website and real visitors have arrived. Vistiqo reports aggregate traffic behaviour; it is not designed to identify individual people by name.

6. Plans, limits and pricing

Vistiqo offers a one-time free trial and two paid plans. Every new account automatically begins a 14-day trial the first time it signs in. The trial requires no payment details, is granted once per account, and does not convert into a paid plan by itself - when it ends, analytics collection and the analytics pages are paused until a paid plan is purchased. There is no permanently free plan.

Both paid plans are billed monthly. Vistiqo does not offer annual billing. Prices are shown in US dollars. The amount you are actually charged is shown at checkout and may differ from the figure above where tax or currency conversion applies in your country - the checkout total always governs.

"Active websites" is the number of websites that can collect analytics at the same time. See section 9 for what happens to websites above your limit.

7. Payments and Creem as merchant of record

Payments for Vistiqo subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. This means Creem is the seller of record at checkout: it takes the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles transaction-related tax obligations where applicable, as described in its own terms. Vistiqo is a separate business from Creem, and nothing here makes one responsible for the other's obligations.

Vistiqo remains fully responsible for the Vistiqo service itself - its availability, its features, and customer support. Questions about the product, your account or your analytics should come to support@vistiqo.online, not to Creem.

When you buy a subscription you also accept Creem's Buyer Terms, and Creem handles your payment information under its Privacy Notice. Vistiqo never receives or stores your card details. We store only the plan, the subscription status and period, and the Creem customer and subscription identifiers we need to keep your account in sync.

8. Renewal, cancellation and expiry

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal reachable from your Vistiqo billing page, or by contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for - it is not immediate and does not cut off access straight away. Your paid plan continues until that period ends, the subscription then does not renew, and analytics collection is paused. The same applies if a subscription lapses for non-payment or expires: you keep the account, your websites and the analytics already collected, and collection resumes if you subscribe again. An expired trial is not reissued.

Cancelling stops future charges. It is not the same as a refund - see the Refund Policy.

9. What happens when you move to a lower plan

If you end up with more active websites than your plan allows - for example after moving from Growth down to Starter - Vistiqo does not delete anything. The oldest websites up to your new limit stay active; the rest are marked inactive. An inactive website stops collecting new analytics, but its configuration and its existing data remain in your account, and you can reactivate it when your plan allows.

Retention, however, follows your current plan. Analytics older than the retention window for the plan you are on are removed by a routine cleanup process - so moving to a shorter retention window will, over time, age out older data. See section 10.

10. Data retention and deletion

Analytics are retained for the window attached to your current plan: 12 months on Starter and 24 months on Growth. During the trial, and for 30 days after an account's entitlement lapses, analytics are preserved so that subscribing restores them; after that grace period an unsubscribed account retains only the most recent 30 days. A background process runs periodically and removes analytics older than the applicable window. Deletion is permanent and is not reversible - we do not keep a separate archive you can restore from.

Cleanup runs on a schedule rather than instantly, so data may persist a little beyond the exact retention boundary before the next pass removes it. We do not promise permanent or indefinite storage of analytics on any plan. If you need data kept longer than your plan allows, export or record it yourself before it ages out.

To request deletion of your account, contact support@vistiqo.online. Some records, such as subscription and payment history, may be retained where we or Creem need them for accounting, tax or legal reasons. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

11. Your responsibilities for Tracked Websites

You decide which websites to track and what the script collects on them, so certain responsibilities sit with you rather than with us. You agree to:

• only install the script on websites you own or are authorised to instrument;
• tell your own visitors, in your own privacy or cookie notice, that you use Vistiqo analytics and what that involves;
• obtain consent where the law that applies to your visitors requires it;
• not use Vistiqo to collect special-category or highly sensitive personal data, or to track people unlawfully;
• handle requests from your own visitors about their data, and ask us for help where you need it.

This is not a way of pushing every obligation onto you. Vistiqo remains responsible for operating the service properly, for handling the data we hold, and for helping you meet requests that concern data we process on your behalf.

12. Acceptable use

Your use of Vistiqo is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activity, abuse of the service and its tracking endpoints, and attempts to reach other customers' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches, subject to applicable law.

13. Your data and our rights

The Analytics Data collected from your Tracked Websites is yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or share it with other customers. We process it to run the service for you - storing it, aggregating it, and presenting it in your dashboard - and to keep Vistiqo secure and working. If you enable a public dashboard for a website, you are choosing to make that website's aggregated statistics visible to anyone with the link.

The Vistiqo name, software, interface and documentation remain ours. Your subscription grants you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. See Copyright & IP.

14. Third-party services

Vistiqo depends on a small number of external providers: Google for account sign-in, Creem for payments, and ip-api.com to turn a visitor's IP address into an approximate country, region and city. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. The Privacy Policy explains what is shared with each.

15. Availability and changes to the service

Vistiqo is an actively developed product from an independent business. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment or service level agreement, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell affected customers by email or in the application.

16. Disclaimers

Vistiqo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that analytics figures will be complete or exactly accurate. Analytics inherently miss traffic - ad blockers, disabled JavaScript, network failures and bot filtering all affect what can be measured - so Vistiqo's figures are an informative estimate of traffic, not an authoritative count. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for financial, legal or safety decisions.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vistiqo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to Vistiqo is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, and this section does not affect statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

18. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from third-party claims caused by your use of Vistiqo in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy - for example installing the tracking script on a website you had no right to instrument. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without consulting you.

19. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Vistiqo at any time; cancel any paid subscription first so it does not renew. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for unlawful use, or where required by law. Except where the breach makes it inappropriate, we will give notice and a chance to put things right before terminating. On termination your data is deleted in line with section 10.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and its legal environment change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes affecting paid customers we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use Vistiqo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

21. Governing law

Vistiqo does not currently publish a governing-law or exclusive-jurisdiction clause on this page, because the operating entity's jurisdiction is not stated on this site. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply to you regardless. If you need to know the governing law before contracting, ask us at support@vistiqo.online before subscribing. Separately, Creem's Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction itself.
